Privacy Policy

This policy applies to bsslms.com (this site) and the BSS LMS application at app.bsslms.com, both operated by BahaSoft Solutions ("BahaSoft," "we," "us"). It describes what we collect from visitors to this site and from the freight-forwarding companies and their staff and customers who use BSS LMS.

From this website: when you submit the Book a Demo form, we collect your name, business name, email, phone number, country, branch count, shipment volume, current system, and anything you write in the message field. We use this to respond to your request — nothing else.

Inside BSS LMS: once a company is set up on the platform, it holds the operational data that freight forwarding requires — staff and customer accounts, shipment and tracking records, consignee and address book entries, warehouse and manifest activity, invoices and billing records, and support messages. Each company's data belongs to that company; BahaSoft accesses it only to operate, secure, and support the platform.

Where a company's BSS LMS invoices show balances or payment status, that reflects amounts owed for shipping services — it is billing data, not card or bank information collected by this site. If online payment is enabled for a given deployment, card details are handled by that payment processor directly; BSS LMS stores only the resulting transaction status, never raw card numbers.

• To run the shipment, billing, and customer-portal features you're using.
• To respond to demo requests, support tickets, and account questions.
• To secure accounts — including passkey/WebAuthn credentials, where enabled.
• To send transactional notifications (shipment status, invoices, account activity).
• To maintain audit trails required for shipment and billing accuracy.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Data stays within the systems that run BSS LMS — application hosting, database, and transactional email delivery — under contracts that require the same protection we apply ourselves. We do not share shipment, customer, or billing data across companies using the platform. We disclose data beyond that only if legally required.

Demo requests submitted through this site are kept as long as needed to follow up and maintain a record of inbound interest. Data inside a BSS LMS deployment is retained per that company's own record-keeping needs — shipment and billing history in particular is kept for audit and dispute purposes rather than deleted on a fixed schedule.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing support@bsslms.com. If your data lives inside a specific company's BSS LMS deployment, we'll direct that request to the account holder, since that company controls its own records.
