Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of bsslms.com and the BSS LMS application, operated by BahaSoft Solutions ("BahaSoft," "we"). By requesting a demo, signing in, or otherwise using BSS LMS, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the business you represent.

BSS LMS is logistics management software for freight-forwarding and shipping businesses — shipment intake and tracking, warehouse and manifest operations, customer accounts and a self-service portal, billing and invoicing, and staff/branch administration. It is provided to a company as a subscribed deployment, not a consumer product.

• You're responsible for the accuracy of shipment, customer, and billing data your team enters.
• You're responsible for keeping login credentials — including any passkey/WebAuthn device — secure.
• Staff accounts are provisioned and role-gated by your organization's own administrators.
• You won't use the platform to ship, declare, or invoice anything unlawful.

Platform subscription fees, and any per-shipment or per-branch pricing, are set out in your specific agreement with BahaSoft — not on this page. Amounts your customers owe for shipping services, shown inside BSS LMS as invoices, are between you and your customers; BahaSoft is not a party to those transactions.

We aim to keep BSS LMS available and your data intact, including regular backups, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service — maintenance, upgrades, and factors outside our control can cause downtime. You're responsible for exporting or retaining copies of data you need outside the platform for your own records.

Don't attempt to access another company's BSS LMS deployment or data, don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the platform, and don't use the demo-request form or any BSS LMS surface to submit false, harmful, or abusive content.

We may update these terms as the platform changes. Continued use of BSS LMS after an update means you accept the revised terms. Material changes to a paying company's agreement are handled directly with that company, not through this page alone.
